Educated and trained in Germany

Employed by Rexroth, Germany

Performed installation and commissioning for Rexroth in steel plants and cement plants around the world from 1984 to 1990 including projects of the OEMs and users: 

DEMAG (Germany)
POHANG IRON STEEL (Korea)(POSCO)
SCHLOEMANN SIMAG (Germany)
TONG YANG CEMENT (Korea)

Mr. Axel Schoeler established for Rexroth the Customer Service Department in Korea with Repair and Testing Facility, from 1991 until end of 1995.

He managed the Customer Service, trained service engineers and customers Performed all kinds of PROTOTYPE APPLICATION TEST for Rexroth Germany customers such as SAMSUNG HEAVY IND, HYUNDAI CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT DAEWOO HEAVY IND; for the Motion Control / Drives for excavators and fork lifts.
He was also in charge of engineering and manufacturing of Hydraulic Systems for Steel Making Plants and other Customers like:

SCHLOEMANN SIEMAG
Kang Won Steel
Mr. Schoeler established in Korea the DONGJIN HYDRAULIC Co. Ltd. after resigning from Rexroth. He was Company specialist in Hydraulics design, manufacturing of systems, repair and service in 1995. The company services customers such as  Hi-Cement, Bacnotan Cement and Solid Cement in the Philippines.

Mr. Axel Schoeler established the Representative Office of Dongjin Hydraulic in the Philippines that resulted in the establishment of German Hydraulic & Plant Service, Incorporated in January 1999.
